I am so grateful for the Lopez Law Firm PLLC. They were God sent after I had to find a new representation in the middle of my child support case. Mr. Lopez from the first call was kind, he allowed me to explain my situation and just had a calm to him which was not the previous experience I had with interviewing another lawyer. As a single mother who never dealt with the court system before Mr. Lopez always made be feel seen, valued, took time to explain the law verbiage to me and just made me feel safe. I previously had a very difficult custody case and an unfair ruling by a biased judge. The previous judge disregarded that I had a history with 2 protective orders. I also live in another state which made it more difficult. Attorney Lopez advocated for me like no other. The other party was difficult and was able to drag out our case for a year and a half. Attorney Lopez keyed in on what mattered and debunked the other parties lies. He got the other party to lie about a lie! His delivery and approach in my case was savvy and direct. Needless to say, I was able to regain primary custody of my children and also gain parameters that will assist in the future. I highly recommend Attorney Lopez. Carlos Lopez from start to finish was phenomenal. I never felt like I wasn’t in great hands. He initially listened to the merits, talk to both side and became involved because of our family and children without financial exchange until representation proceeded. I say that because he cares about people rather than immediately extracting money like all the attorneys in the DC area. He will be patient, passionate, caring, attentive and HONEST. Family Matters are a hard situation but he will keep you focus and execute accordingly.
